YOUR INFORMATION

Privacy

How information is used when you visit this website or submit an enquiry.

Last updated: 16 October 2026

1. Who operates this website

RuiReach is operated by 深圳市逸睿信息科技有限公司, Shenzhen, China. This notice covers the information handled through this website. You can contact us about privacy using the request form below, or the representative already handling your enquiry or order.

2. Information collected

The component enquiry form collects your work email, company name or website, component requirements, quantities and target date. If you choose to provide them, it also collects your name, role, project type, project stage and an uploaded BOM or component list. We generate a submission reference and record the submission time.

The privacy request form collects your email, request type and message, together with a submission reference and time. Website infrastructure providers may also process technical request information, such as IP addresses, browser information and security logs, to deliver and protect the website.

Provide only information relevant to your enquiry. A full BOM is optional. Remove unnecessary personal information, credentials and confidential design details from attachments. Do not provide sensitive project information before agreeing any required confidentiality arrangements.

3. How information is used and shared

We use enquiry information to understand your requirements, assess sourcing options, prepare a response and communicate about a potential or confirmed order. Privacy request information is used to identify, assess and respond to that request.

Where relevant privacy laws require a lawful basis, processing may be necessary to take requested steps before a contract, perform a contract with you, meet a legal obligation, or pursue legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and operating a reliable website. The appropriate basis depends on the activity and your relationship with us.

Relevant component or project details may be shared with suppliers or testing providers when needed to assess availability, alternatives, documentation or testing. Only the information needed for that task should be provided to the relevant recipient. If you require limits on disclosure, discuss them before sending materials. Service providers supporting hosting, storage or communications may process information on our behalf.

The enquiry form does not subscribe you to marketing. We do not sell enquiry information or use submitted attachments for advertising. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

4. Storage, access and retention

Submitted enquiry details and privacy requests are stored in the website database; optional component files are stored separately in file storage. Information may be accessed by our team in China and processed by infrastructure providers in other locations. If your project has a location or transfer restriction, raise it before submitting project materials. An upload is not a substitute for any legally required international-transfer arrangement.

Retention depends on whether an enquiry remains active, whether it leads to an order, the need to resolve an issue or privacy request, and applicable record-keeping requirements. Order and accounting records may need to be retained after a request to delete other information. Use the request form to ask about the retention or deletion of records associated with your enquiry.

Submitting a request does not itself delete information. We review what can be provided, corrected or removed, taking account of identity verification and any record-retention obligations. Do not assume that online transmission or storage is risk-free.

5. Website features and external links

This website currently has no site-added advertising trackers or analytics integration. Hosting and sign-in services may use technical information or cookies needed to operate their services. We will update this notice if the website introduces additional data uses.

Links to manufacturer, standards or other external websites lead to services with their own privacy practices. This notice does not cover those services. Images labelled as AI-generated application concepts illustrate project contexts and are not client project records.

6. Your choices and requests

Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, restrict or object to certain processing, or request a portable copy. Where processing relies on consent, applicable withdrawal rights may apply. Some requests are subject to exceptions and verification. You may also have a right to raise a concern with the relevant data protection authority.

You can choose not to upload a component list. If you do not provide the required enquiry information, we may be unable to assess or respond to the requirement. For a privacy request, company details and a component list are not required.

7. Contact us about privacy

Use the form below to ask about information associated with your email or submission reference. Requests are reviewed individually. Do not upload identity documents through the component enquiry form unless a secure verification method has been separately agreed.

This form stores your email, request type and message so we can review and respond. Identity checks may be needed before records are disclosed or changed.

8. Updates

We may update this notice when our website or information-handling practices change. The date above identifies the current notice. For component supply processes, see Quality & Supply Terms.
